1. Click on the “Email” icon on the home screen of your phone.

2. On the Email screen, click on New account

3. Select Manual setup

4. Next we will fill in your incoming server settings:

Email Address: Your full email address, e.g. john@mycompany.com
Username: Your full email address, e.g. john@mycompany.com
Password: This is the password for your email address.
Incoming email Server: e.g. mail.mycompany.com (with your domain).

Once you have put in your information, click “Next”.

5. Now we will fill in your outgoing server settings:

SMTP Server: e.g. mail.mycompany.com (with your domain).
Security Type: none (default)
Server Port: 587
Username: Here you will put in your full email address again
Password: This is the password for your email address

Once you are done, click Finish setup.
